ArToll is an artists initiative, which was founded over ten
years ago and which is placed in one of the buildings on
the area of a psychiatric hospital. All the other buildings
around ArToll are still in use for the hospital.
Most of them are enclosed by high metal fences.
This piece was made for a small room at ArToll-Kunstlabor,
which had been an isolation-cell in the past.
A sound-loop, recorded on tape, is presented via a tape-machine,
which is enclosed by metall-screen and placed in the
middle of the room. The installation only was perceptible through
a small window in the locked door.
